Refunds & Returns Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Custom designs cannot be refunded.

How to Request an Exchange

Contact us at theteespot06@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the exchange.
We will guide you through the process for replacement items.

Processing Time

Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your returned item.

Important Notes

Inspect your item immediately upon delivery.
Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for replacement, not refund.
